As a partner in the Denby Dale and Kirkburton Wards, with the community, the neighbourhood, the CCG Greater Huddersfield, GP Surgeries, and Kirklees Council, we play a role connecting people locally to the local groups.

We offer a service to help connect people to community groups, and work with  Community Link Worker and Community Plus to make that happen in a supportive and friendly way.
