The new #Huddersfield #Dementia Group launched this week, at the new site of @carerstrustmidyorkshire near Aspley, Huddersfield. The group meets weekly for five hours (10:00 to 15:00), includes a two course meal, door to door transport and a monthly trip out.
This group is for people living with early to mid stages of dementia, who have the ability to look after themselves without personal-care.
The Huddersfield Dementia Group is one in a series of seven similar groups run as Time Together, a project of the Denby Dale Centre. Other groups are in #honley, #lindley, #kirkburton, #emley, #heckmondwike and #birstall.
